5 Steps to Regain Access to Your GSA eOffer When the Authorized Negotiator is Unavailable
Managing your GSA eOffer account can become challenging if a third party or a previous employee is the only authorized negotiator listed. Fortunately, regaining access is a straightforward process by contacting the GSA IT Service Desk.
Here’s what you need to do:
Contact the GSA IT Service Desk: Call the GSA IT Service Desk at 1-866-472-9114. Be prepared to explain your situation and provide details about your GSA eOffer account.
Request to Submit a Tier 2 Ticket: Inform the support team that you need to submit a Tier 2 ticket to be added as an authorized negotiator to your GSA eOffer.
Provide Required Information: The Service Desk may ask for verification details or supporting documentation to ensure that you are authorized to make changes to the account. Information they might request includes:
Your UEID (Unique Entity Identifier).
Your eOffer ID.
Screenshots showing that you do not have access to the eOffer on the "My eOffers" page under "Saved eOffers" and "Submitted eOffers".
Screenshots indicating that when you attempt to submit a new eOffer on the "My eOffers" page, you receive a message stating that GSA's “records indicate that you are not an authorized negotiator for this offer".
Follow Up: After submitting the Tier 2 ticket, stay in touch with the Service Desk for updates. Once your request is processed, you will be added as an authorized negotiator, allowing you to regain control of the account.
Add Additional Authorized Negotiators: We recommend adding at least one additional authorized negotiator to ensure continued access if an employee leaves the team.
