Veteran Business Series: Think You’re a SDVOSB? Check Again.

If you haven’t heard that the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs has handed off VOSB and SDVOSB certification to the U.S. Small Business Administration, you’ve heard it now.

It’s been recently communicated to Squared Compass by the SBA that they recognize that the migration of certification from the VA to the SBA had some glitches and that companies which were previously registered as SDVOSBs are in the SBA system as being VOSBs. From contract renewals to proposals and teaming, this glitch will impact formerly SDVOSB certified companies.
